The company has been committed to the design, production and installation of pressure vessels and environmental protection machinery and equipment for petrochemical, coal chemical, fine chemical and other industries. Its manufacturing capacity and process level rank at the forefront of the domestic industry. The company has one three-span heavy-duty combined workshop (#3 workshop) with a construction area of ​​18,700 square meters; one four-span mechanical processing workshop (2# workshop) with a construction area of ​​20,000 square meters; one three-span non-ferrous metal and medium-pressure vessel manufacturing plant (1# workshop) with a construction area of ​​18,300 square meters; and a 9MeV linear accelerator flaw detection room with an area of ​​360 square meters, which is engaged in non-destructive inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipes and other non-destructive inspections and experimental inspections in related fields. At present, there are mainly X-ray flaw detectors, ultrasonic thickness gauges, magnetic particle inspection equipment and other equipment. The company's inspection room currently has three qualified personnel. It has 150 units (sets) of various types of processing equipment, including 15 cranes (specifications: 10t, 20t, 30t, 35t, 50t, 75t), tube plate fully automatic TIG welding machines, 2 narrow gap submerged arc automatic welding machines, fully automatic CNC four-roller plate bending machines, laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, CNC flame cutting machines, double-head milling machines and other advanced processing equipment, and 25 inspection equipment (sets).
