The ISO9001 quality management system

Our company has established a quality management system in accordance with the ISO9001 "Quality Management Systems - Requirements" standard and obtained system certification from the American ABS Quality Assessment Company in 2014. Our company will continue to improve and enhance the ISO9001 quality management system. Through the establishment, effective implementation, and improvement of the quality management system, the quality of our products has received positive feedback from many domestic and foreign enterprises.

Pressure vessel design and manufacture of quality system

Since obtaining the GC2-level special equipment (pressure pipeline) installation, renovation, maintenance, and installation license in 2014, our company has established a pressure pipeline installation quality assurance system based on the "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" No. 549, "Regulations on the Safety Management and Supervision of Pressure Pipelines", "D0001-2009 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Pipelines - Industrial Pipelines", etc. The system documents consist of four levels: the first level includes the "Pressure Pipeline Installation Quality Assurance Manual", which clarifies the quality policy, quality objectives, management responsibilities, and an overview of the quality assurance system; the second level includes the "Pressure Pipeline Installation Management Procedure" and supporting documents from various departments; the third level consists of technical documents and executive documents; and the fourth level comprises quality records and forms.
