     WASHINGTON (Hibiscus reporter Wu Tie) by Wuhan Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Institute, Wuhan University jointly developed "Open the door pressure vessel operations personnel training and examination simulation system", recently identified by the Wuhan Science and Technology Achievements.

     For training and examination pressure vessel operators, past training methods used in the factory, which is to learn technical theory and practical learning. With the use of high-tech development and new types of pressure equipment, this traditional training methods have been adapted to the new situation demands.

     Combined with years of testing experience and training, Wuhan University, Wuhan Boiler Inspection and engineering through science and education cooperation, which lasted for two years to develop a new type of pressure vessel operations personnel to operate training and examination system. The system simulated actual operating pressure vessel, the operating characteristics and operational failure, thus realizing the operating personnel training and examination of scientific and efficient.

     According to AQSIQ "Pressure Vessel Safety management and operations staff assessment outline" requirements, the system supporting the preparation of teaching materials lesson plans, the establishment of operational assessment test database. Based on computer network technology, simulation and database technology, the system also sets the common failure to achieve the training and examination of standardization and intelligent.

     After the test run, the expert appraisal committee agreed that the system integration technology innovation gaps in the domestic pressure vessel operator training simulation system of assessment, this technological achievements reached domestic leading level. Currently, Wuhan pot seized by stepping up the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, to promote the use in the industry.
