1. Provide users with good pre-sales and after-sales services, introduce product performance and usage requirements to users before ordering, provide relevant information, and act as a good advisor to users.

2. Provide targeted technical training based on user conditions, conduct product quality tracking and regular user visits, promptly improve product performance according to user needs, and continuously improve product quality.

3. Fulfill the "Three Guarantees" of the product. If the product does have quality problems during the "Three Guarantees" period, the liability for compensation stipulated in the contract shall be strictly fulfilled.

4. For products that exceed the "Three Guarantees" period, we are guaranteed to provide maintenance parts and provide maintenance services according to user needs.

5. After receiving notifications from users requesting to solve problems that arise during product use, the company will make a preliminary response within 1 hour and arrive at the scene within 24 hours if problems arise.

6. If technical service is needed, technical service personnel will be sent to on-site to guide the installation and debugging work until the equipment operates normally.
