Recently, all five butane isomerization towers undertaken by the company for a customer in Zibo have been successfully shipped. This batch of equipment belongs to Class III pressure vessels, with a diameter of 3.6 meters, a length of 57 meters, and a single weight of 180 tons. It is the first large-scale Class III pressure vessel equipment produced by the company with the characteristics of "difficulty to make, large length and heavy weight".

Since the project was undertaken, the company has attached great importance to it, reorganized the construction period, worked on the wall chart, worked overtime, and made every effort to promote the production progress to ensure that both the construction period and quality standards were met. During the product production process, many challenges in terms of material performance and manufacturing process were overcome. All main steel plates were subjected to ultrasonic testing one by one. The verticality and straightness control standards of the tower were strict, and the welding process requirements were extremely high. Among them, all Class AB welding joints were subject to 100% radiographic testing and phased array ultrasonic testing, supplemented by fluorescent magnetic particle method for surface testing. In addition, after the welding is completed, the equipment also undergoes overall stress-relieving heat treatment, effectively ensuring the final quality and operational safety of the product.

The smooth delivery of this project not only laid a solid foundation for the subsequent deepening of cooperation between the two parties, but also further enriched the company's practical experience in the field of Class III pressure vessel manufacturing, providing important reference and technical support for undertaking similar high-difficulty products in the future.
