The heat exchanger is mainly composed of shell, tube bundle, tube sheet and head. There is a tube bundle inside the shell, and the wall of the tube bundle serves as the heat transfer surface. One fluid flows inside the tube (called the tube side), and the other fluid flows outside the shell (called the shell side). Shell and tube heat exchangers have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, wide flow section, easy cleaning of scale, and ability to adapt to high temperature and high pressure working environments. The shell and tube heat exchangers produced by our company mainly include fixed tube plate type, floating head type, U-shaped tube type, packing function type, etc. Each type has its specific application scenarios and advantages.
